Allyson Weston joined the team at Run Rhino in the capacity of Regional Sales and Marketing consultant. She brings to the table over 5 years of solid managerial experience in the Human Resources field from her past employment with an international telecommunications company. While involved in the Employee Relations division, Allyson was responsible for designing and implementing a process to lower attrition rate by over 50%, and also assisted in the development of a new training program.

Allyson's involvement in various management, administrative, and financial functions ranging from acquisition negotiations, to business plan development, as well as being a successful entrepreneur, gives her a clear understanding of what it takes to provide strong leadership, integrity, and personal commitment to Run Rhino's clients.

Allyson strongly believes in the potential of each individual and can provide the impetus to harnessing the energy within each client, allowing them to draw on their own inner resources to achieve the desired outcomes of strategic training. Moreover, Allyson knows that by providing the right motivation and leadership, clients will experience amazing results for their organization in accomplishing their objectives quickly and easily.

As one of the key facilitators in the Run Rhino team, Allyson's philosophy is based on enabling a company's rejuvenation by boosting their capability of refocusing and rededication which allows them to reach their personal and organizational goals efficiently.

Allyson grew up on the coast of Huntington Beach. She moved to Northern California after receiving her BA from California State University, Long Beach, with a minor in Psychology. She is married, has 2 beautiful daughters and currently resides in Aptos, California.

In her spare time, Allyson enjoys playing tennis and volleyball and spending time with her family. You might also find her vacationing in her favorite places in Hawaii or Australia.
