Kim Zilliox joins RunRhino with 15 years of national account sales, sales management, presentation training and career counseling experience.

She has worked at Stanford University, Santa Clara University, PlaceWare (now owned by Microsoft), and Frontier Communications. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge around leadership effectiveness, talent development, team building, and goal achievement. Her coaching style would best be called "results oriented empowerment". Kim specializes in working with managers to be successful, is skilled at coaching people to improve presentation skills, and is passionate about team building using Myers-Briggs. A competitive athlete and sport coach, Kim utilizes models from the sport coaching world to co-create success for the clients she works with.

Working at Stanford University for the Positive Coaching Alliance, Kim trained over 50 top-level sport coaches and psychologists on effective stand-up presentation skills. She has lead workshops to over 1000 coaches, parents, and youth sport leadership representatives on using effective communication skills to yield desired results. Her workshops have impacted over 10,000 young athletes to improve performance, increase confidence, and increase enjoyment.

During her sales experience, Kim sold an international, corporate-wide million-dollar web conferencing solution to Deloitte. She also sold to firms such as KPMG, Ernst and Young, Accenture, Eli Lilly, Motorola, Grant Thornton, BankOne, Federal Reserve Bank, and more. As a sales director, Kim trained and coached over 50 sales representatives in the art of selling and how to reach tough goals. Kim knows how to produce successful sales results and performed consistently in the top 10% in the country.

As a career counselor, Kim has worked with hundreds of clients in all elements of the career transition process. She specializes in coaching people through the interview process and using assessments to help people know more about their strengths and weaknesses. She has been seen on the TV show "You're Hired" and currently teaches a course at Santa Clara University on Career Strategies.

For the past 10 years, Kim has coached hundreds of individuals as a volunteer on achieving desired results. She also supervised numerous multiple day events of over 100 participants.

Kim has earned an M.A. in Counseling from Santa Clara University, an M.B.A. from UC Irvine, and a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. She is qualified in the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory; has been an advisor to California Career Development Association; assists at local Bay Area OD Network meetings; is a member of Bay Area Association for Psychological Type; and of ASTD. Her hobbies include competitive volleyball, tennis, working out and a high priority is spending time with friends and family.
