Over the past seven years Marysia has coached hundreds of people including entrepreneurs, leaders, senior executives, sales teams, and high-performance teams.

Marysia has worked with hundreds of business leaders and teams both in Canada and the United States. She works to enable her clients so they can challenge established knowledge, welcome new ideas tolerantly and think about their own thinking. The result is her clients can address their problems and issues much more effectively and manifest opportunities in new and innovative ways to ensure long lasting change and success.

Marysia combines her eighteen years of sophisticated business experience in a range of corporate industries with a sincere respect for human potential. Her industry experience is both broad and deep. She began her career at Ralston Purina Canada as an Assistant Brand Manager, learning the critical components of how to run a business through the 'packaged goods' paradigm. Her career continued as a Brand Manager within the marketing departments at both Cadbury Chocolate and then Lavalife. It was at Lavalife she bridged her business acumen into Operations and Organizational Development.

Her client work has included banking and insurance institutions, promotion agencies, technology firms, fitness and health studios, chiropractic clinics, retail stores, interior design and architectural agencies, not for profit organizations, printing agents, engineering and manufacturing organizations, and new business initiatives.

Marysia's business insight has been developed through the filter of her years participating in competitive team sports, on-going education and volunteerism. She graduated Dean's Honor from Ivey Business School in London (H.B.A), has a diploma from the Sorbonne in Paris, is a qualified transformational business coach, and is a graduate of the Spiral Dynamics training process which is based out of Denton, Texas. Marysia's continued commitment to her own growth and development has recently been demonstrated by her acquiring her Master's of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership at State University of New York in Buffalo.

She currently lives in Toronto where after 22 years, she continues to lead fitness classes at a number of prestigious facilities in the city. She is the goalie for a women's hockey team and competes in duathlons in the summer. She is also the founder and co-producer of the annual Open Door Festival of Music which has raised over $30,000 for the Red Door Family Shelter since 2000. All of this is an expression of her commitment to making a difference for all living creatures great and small.
