Over the past nine years Sandor has been the CEO of Run Rhino Inc., an international business coaching, performance consulting and training company. As a Certified Business Coach he has worked with thousands of people including entrepreneurs, business leaders, senior executives, sales teams, and High Performance Teams. His company has worked with many different sectors of business including financial services, technology, communication services, industrial and commercial, staffing and HR services, and non-profits. Sandor has worked with leaders in organizations including AT&T, ADP, Goldman Sachs, Kinetic Systems, Comerica Bank, Manpower, LBA Realty, QAD, Ceridian and the IRS. An experienced professional coach, public speaker, and team builder, Sandor Kovacs is a dynamic, passionate leader in developing human potential.
His coaching practice focuses on assignments that demand huge paradigm shifts, requiring major breakthroughs in leadership behaviors and thinking where critical goals are at risk. Sandor is a founding member of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO). Its purpose is to maximize the success and efficacy of coaching solutions in organizations, at a global level. He is also actively involved in the Executive Coaching Summit, an international think tank for Executive Coaches. Sandor is also being published in a new book called "Power and Soul" which will be released in March 2007.
Sandor lives in Santa Cruz California with his wife Joy and six year old son Phoenix. Sandor assists his wife in the success of her two dance studios. He is an active freestyle skier and is currently teaching spinning at the local gyms along with competing in local tennis tournaments. His hobbies include guitar playing and racing his 911 Porsche.
